In the renowned work Siyaru A'laamin Nubala by the distinguished scholar Imam Shamsuddin Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Uthman Dhahabi Alaihir Rahmah, it is narrated that Hazrat Adi bin Haatim RadiAllahu Anhu said:
Translation: Never did the time for Salaah arrive except that I was already longing for it, and never did it begin except that I was prepared for it.
On another occasion, he remarked:
Translation: Since the day I embraced Islam, the Salaah has never been established without me being in a state of ablution.
Profound Words:
These profound words reflect a deep love for worship, constant readiness, and unwavering devotion. They remind us that Salaah is not just an obligation, but a source of inner peace and spiritual joy.
The noble Companions RadiAllahu Anhum would stay in a state of wudu and prepare for Salaah even before its time, reflecting their reverence for worship and desire for divine closeness..
