The Priceless Rewards of Remaining in a State of Wudu

The Priceless Rewards of Remaining in a State of Wudu

Imam-e-Ahle-Sunnat, the Reviver of the Deen, Sayyidi Ala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Alaihir Rahmah writes in Fataawa Razawiyyah Shareef: Some pious Saints (Aarifeen) have said that the one who remains perpetually in a state of wudu, Allah Almighty honours him with seven special virtues:

1) The angels are drawn to his company, finding joy and blessings in his presence.

2) The pen of good deeds continues to record rewards for him, as though his every moment is filled with righteousness.

3) His limbs engage in glorifying Allah Almighty, making his entire being an instrument of divine remembrance.

4) He is safeguarded from missing the opening takbeer in congregational Salaah, as wudu keeps him ever ready for worship.

5) When he sleeps, Allah Almighty sends angels to protect him from the harm of both humans and jinns.

6) The agony of death is made easy for him, and he experiences tranquility in the throes of the final moment.

7) As long as he remains in wudu, he is under the divine protection of Allah Almighty, enveloped in a spiritual sanctuary of safety and peace.
