Hazrat Muhammad bin Ham’maad Radi Allahu Anhu reported, ‘under the Arsh of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, there is a tree and on it is a leaf for every creation, so when the leaf which is attributed to any of the creation breaks and falls off, his soul is removed.’

It is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an ‘And He knows of every leaf which falls’
[Part 7, Surah Al An’aam, Verse 59]
