Pious & Virtuous On The Last Day

Once a person asked Sayyiduna Imam Zainul Aabideen Radi Allahu Anhu about who will be regarded as pious and virtuous on the last day, and he said;

A person whose happiness when he is happy (i.e. rejoicing) does not drive him towards wrong (i.e. sin), and a person whose anger when he is angry, does not divert him from that which is right.

In other words, when you are happy, you should not let your happiness take you towards sins, and when you are angry, you should not allow your anger to blind you from that which is right.
