Ibn Asaakir reported from Isma'eel ibn Ibrahim Al Faqih who said, 'I saw Hafiz Abu Ahmed Al Haakim in my dream after he passed away.' I enquired from him, 'Which Firqah (sect) did you find to have truly received salvation?' He said, 'The Ahlus Sunnah (The True Sunnis)'.
