Takbir e Tashreek is necessary (wajib) once after every Fardh Salah. Takbeer Tashreek is the recitation of:
'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, laa ilaha ilallahu Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar Walillahil hamd'
This should be recited after every Fardh Salah commencing Fajr of 9th Dhul Hijjah till after Asr prayer of 13th Dhul Hijjah
It is Sunnah to recite the Takbir e Tashreek thrice and aloud.
