If Hearts Were Transparent

Daily Reminders
O People who Believe! Avoid excessive assumptions; indeed assumption sometimes becomes a sin, and do not seek faults, and do not slander one another; would any one among you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? So you will hate that! And fear Allah; indeed Allah is Most Acceptor of Repentance, Most Merciful.
Surah Al-Hujraat, Verse 12

Unwavering Truthfulness

Shaykh Muhaq'qiq Says:

The Beloved Rasool ﷺ never hesitated for even a moment to speak the truth, nor did He ﷺ ever waver from what was right. He ﷺ was unwavering in upholding the path of righteousness and remained steadfast in establishing it.

The Deep Devotion of Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair RadiAllahu Anhuma

The Deep Devotion of Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair RadiAllahu Anhuma

Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair RadiAllahu Anhuma used to perform Salaah with deep concentration, humility, and utmost devotion.

Hazrat Musab bin Abdullah RadiAllahu Anhu narrates:

Translation: One day, he was engaged in Salaah when suddenly a snake fell from the ceiling near his son Hashim. The people around began shouting, A snake! A snake! They eventually managed to kill it. Yet despite the commotion and the danger, he did not break his Salaah."
(Siyaru A'laamin Nubala, Volume 3, Page 370, Mu'assasah al-Risaalah, Beirut)

Hazrat Abdus Samad bin Abdul Waarith RadiAllahu Anhu reports that someone once asked the blessed mother of him. Hazrat Asma RadiAllahu Anha, about her son. She replied:

Translation: He was one who spent his nights in standing (Salaah) and his days in fasting. He was known as the pigeon of the Masjid, meaning that he spent the majority of his time within the Masjid, immersed in worship.
(Siyaru A'laamin Nubala, Volume 3, Page 367, Mu'assasah al-Risaalah, Beirut)

A Practical Message:
The worship of Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair RadiAllahu Anhuma is a shining example for us. From his life, we learn to worship with sincerity, focus, punctuality, and firmness, to build a strong connection with the Masjid, and to trust wholly in Allah Almighty. By doing so, we gain success in both this world and the Hereafter.

What Happens In A Believer's Grave

Ibn Mandah Reported from Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu That Rasoolullah ﷺ said, 'In his grave, the Believer will be in a green garden. His grave will be expanded to seventy cubits (for him), and it will be brightened for him like the moon on a full Moonlit Night.

If Intentions Were Visible

Daily Reminders

.... and there is no sin upon you for what you did unknowingly in the past – however it is a sin what you do with your heart’s intention; and Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful

Surah Al-Azhab, Verse 5

The Deep Devotion of Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Radiallahu Anhuma

The Deep Devotion of Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Radiallahu Anhuma

It is narrated by Hazrat Naafi RadiAllahu Anhu:

كَانَ إِذَا فَاتَتْهُ صَلَاةُ الْعِشَاءِ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ أَحْيَى بَقِيَّةً لَيْلَتِهِ، وَقَالَ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى : أَحْيَى لَيْلَتَهُ.

Translation: Whenever Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Radiallahu Anhuma missed the congregational Isha Salaah due to some reason, he would spend the rest of the night in worship. Hazrat Bishr bin Moosa Alaihir Rahma said: He would spend the entire night in worship.

Hazrat Naafi' RadiAllahu Anhu also narrated:

Translation: Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Radiallahu Anhuma used to stay up the whole night in Salaah. Then he would ask: "O Naafi', has the time of sahar (pre-dawn) arrived? I would reply, "No." So he would resume his Salaah. After a while, he would ask again: "O Naafi', has sahar time come?" I would reply, "Yes, it has." Then he would sit down and remain engaged in istighfaar (seeking forgiveness) and dua (supplication) until the time of Fajr began. (Hilyatul-Awliya, Volume 1 Page 303-304, Darul Fikr, Beirut)

Powerful Reminder
This reminds us to value congregational Salaah. If missed due to a valid excuse, it should be followed by sincere night worship, especially before Fajr, through Salaah, istighfar, and dua.

The Devotion of Hazrat Abu Hurairah RadiAllahu Anhu

The Devotion of Hazrat Abu Hurairah RadiAllahu Anhu

Hazrat Abu Uthman Nahdi RadiAllahu Anhu said:

تَضَيَّفْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ سَبْعًا، فَكَانَ هُوَ وَامْرَأَتُهُ وَخَادِمُهُ يَقْسِمُونَ اللَّيْلَ أَثْلَاثًا، يُصَلَّى هَذَا ثُمَّ يُوقِظُ هَذَا

Translation: "I stayed as a guest with Hazrat Abu Hurairah

RadiAllahu Anhu for seven nights. During my stay, I observed that he, his wife, and his servant would divide the night into three parts. Each of them would take a turn in worship, one would perform Salaah while the others rested, then wake the next, and so on. In this way, they would remain engaged in worship throughout the entire night."
(Al-Isaabah fi Tameezis-Sahaabah, Volume 7 Page 360, Darul Kutbul Ilmiyah, Beirut)

A Practical Message:
This narration beautifully teaches us that worship is not just a personal act, but something to be shared within the family. As Muslims, we should strive to cultivate a home environment where worship and remembrance of Allah Almighty are part of daily life. A family that supports one another in worship becomes a source of divine mercy, spiritual peace, and deep mutual love.

As I Gaze At The Green Dome [Lyrics]

AS I GAZE AT THE GREEN DOME

As I Gaze At The Green Dome, Sending Salaams Upon My Nabi ﷺ,
May I Depart From This World, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

From The Shackles of This World, I'll Finally Be Free,
If The Angel of Death Visits Me, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

If His Green Dome Is To My Left, And To My Right Is Baqi,
Ecstatically I Will Depart, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

In Siddique And Umar's Shade, Remembering Uthman And Ali,
May Hasnain Kareemain Bless Me, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

My Heart Is Filled With Love, Thinking of Bilal e Habashi ﷺ
His Memories Are Still Alive, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

Through Ghaus, Khwaja And Raza, I Am Making This Plea,
May Death Come To Me, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

If This Never Happens, And If It Isn't Meant To Be,
May The Angels Transport Me, To The City of My Nabi ﷺ

Behind The Soul of Raza, To Madina, My Soul Will Journey,
To Listen To Raza's Salaami, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

Through The Eyes of Mufti e Azam, Madina May I See,
May I See His Noori Radiance, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

In The Shade of Sayyidi Zia, To Madina May I Journey,
May I Meet Sayyidi Asjad, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

Deaf, Dumb And Blind, These Najdis Shall Always Be,
No Light Nor Love They Witness, In The City of My Nabi ﷺ

The Call That Heals Hearts and Minds

My Aala Hazrat says:

All praise is due to Allah Almighty, who made the Azaan (Call To Prayer) a sign of Imaan (Faith), a source of Amaan (Refuge), Tranquillity for the hearts, a remedy for grief, and a means of attaining the pleasure of Rahmaan (The Most Compassionate).

Complete and perfect Durood and Salaams upon that noble personality, whose Remembrance, Allah Almighty Exalted with honour, and whose rank He has exalted, so much so that every Khutbah (Sermon) and every Azaan is adorned with His Remembrance.

What Counts On The Last Day

On the Last Day, a person whose happiness never led him to sin, and whose anger never turned him away from what is right, will be counted among the pious.

The Devotion of Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas RadiAllahu Anhuma

The Devotion of Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas RadiAllahu Anhuma

Describing the deep love and passion for worship of Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas RadiAllahu Anhuma, Hazrat Abdullah bin Abi Mulaikah RadiAllahu Anhu said:

Translation: "I once travelled with Ibne Abbas RadiAllahu Anhuma from Makkah Mukarramah to Madinah Munawwarah. Whenever we stopped for the night, he would spend half the night in worship. His student, Ayyoob, once asked me, How was his recitation during the night? I replied, He would recite the verse: وَجَاءَتْ سَكْرَةُ الْمَوْتِ بِالْحَقِّ ذَلِكَ مَا كُنتَ مِنْهُ تَحِيدُ

"And the hardship of death came with the truth; "This is what you were escaping from!." (Surah Qaaf 50:19) He would recite it slowly in stages, with deep emotion, and he wept for a long time while doing so."
(Hilyatul-Awliya, Volume 1, Page 327, Darul-Fikr, Beirut)

A Lesson in Spiritual Training:
This incident is not merely a historical narration, it serves as a complete and timeless lesson in spiritual development for us. It teaches the importance of consistent worship, standing in Salaah during the night, maintaining a strong connection with the Qur'an and Sunnah, cultivating the fear of Allah Almighty, remembering death, and seeking knowledge from righteous scholars. These are the true essence of our religion, and we must strive to bring them alive in our daily lives..

The Devotion to Worship and Passion for Qur'an

The Devotion to Worship and Passion for Qur'an

Recitation of Hazrat Uthman-e-Ghani RadiAllahu Anhu

Leader of the believers, Hazrat Sayyiduna Uthman-e-Ghani RadiAllahu Anhu was deeply devoted to worship, fasting by day and engaging in Salaah and Qur'an recitation by night.

It is narrated from Hazrat Zubair bin Abdullah RadiAllahu Anhu:

كَانَ عُثْمَانُ يَصُومُ الدَّهْرَ، وَيَقُومُ اللَّيْلَ إِلَّا هَجْعَةً مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ

Translation: Hazrat Uthman RadiAllahu Anhu would fast perpetually and spend his nights in Salaah, sleeping only for a brief portion in the early part of the night.

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaibah, Volume. 3, Page. 296, Maktabah Rahmaaniyah, Lahore)

Hazrat Abdur-Rahman bin Uthman Taimi RadiAllahu Anhu said:

Translation: I stood behind the Maqaam-e-Ibrahim to offer Salaah, intending that no one else should stand there that night. Suddenly, someone nudged me from behind, but I did not turn around. He nudged me again, so I turned and saw that it was Hazrat Uthman bin Affaan RadiAllahu Anhu. I stepped aside, and he moved forward. He then recited the entire Qur'an in a single rak'at and completed his Salaah.

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Volume. 3, Page. 119, Maktabah Rahmaaniyah, Lahore)

A Practical Message:
Hazrat Uthman-e-Ghani Radi Allahu Anhu devoted his days and nights to worship and Qur'an recitation. Sadly, many homes today lack this blessing. Let us follow his example and make the Qur'an a part of our daily lives along with other acts of worship.
May Allah Almighty grant us the ability to do so. Aameen

The Deep Devotion of Sayyiduna Umar in Worship

The Deep Devotion of Hazrat Umar RadiAllahu Anhu in Worship

Hazrat Sayyiduna Umar Farooq RadiAllahu Anhu was deeply devoted to worship. Nightly Salaah was his regular practice, and Salaah was the solace of his soul. Every act of devotion he performed with profound humility, full presence of heart, and utmost sincerity. Therefore Hazrat Zaid bin Aslam RadiAllahu Anhu states:

Translation: The leader of the believers, Hazrat Sayyiduna Umar Farooq Radi Allahu Anhu would remain engaged in the night Salaah for as long as Allah Almighty willed. In the final part of the night, he would awaken his family with a heartfelt call:

"Salaah! Salaah!" Then he would recite the verse of the Holy Qur'an:"And command your household to establish Salaah, and yourself be steadfast in it; we do not ask any sustenance from you; we will provide you sustenance; and the excellent result is for piety. (Surah Ta-Ha 20:132)
(Shuabul Imaan Volume 3 Page 127/Darul Kutbul Ilmiyah Beirut)

Practical Messages
This narration reminds us that Salaah is not just a personal duty, it is the spiritual foundation of every home and community. A household leader is not merely a provider of material needs, but a guardian of faith and values. Hazrat Umar Radiallahu Anhu taught by example: practicing what he preached, gently awakening his family for Salaah, reminding them with love, and reciting the Qur'an to touch their hearts. This is the Prophetic way, filled with wisdom, compassion, and sincerity. May Allah Almighty grant us and our families steadfastness in Salaah. Aameen.

The Deep Devotion of Hazrat Abu Bakr RadiAllahu Anhu in Worship

Hazrat Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddique RadiAllahu Anhu was deeply devoted to worship, performing each act with remarkable reverence, humility, and sincerity. He was particularly mindful in Salaah, ensuring that it was offered with complete concentration and stillness. Hazrat Sahl bin Saa'd RadiAllahu Anhu reports:

Translation: Hazrat Abu Bakr Radiallahu Anhu would remain completely focused during Salaah, never allowing his gaze to wander.
(Kitaab Fazaailus Sahaabah, Volume 1, Page 207)

Hazrat Mujaahid Alaihir Rahma narrates:

Translation: Hazrat Ibne Zubair RadiAllahu Anhu stood for Salaah, he would become so still that he appeared like a motionless wooden post. He would say that Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique RadiAllahu Anhu used to perform Salaah in the same manner. This, he explained, is the essence of khushu (inner reverence) and khudu (outward humility) in Salaah.

The Condition of the Holy Prophet ﷺ During Salaah

The Condition of the Holy Prophet ﷺ During Salaah

Hazrat Abdullah bin Shikhkheer RadiAllahu Anhu describes how the Holy Prophet ﷺ performed his Salaah:

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلَّى، وَفِي صَدْرِهِ أَزِيزٌ كَازِيزِ الرَّحَى مِنَ البُكَاءِ، صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Translation: One time, I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing Salaah, and from his blessed chest came a sound like the bubbling of a boiling pot because He ﷺ Shareef) was weeping deeply.
(Abu Dawood

Key Lessons from the Hadith Shareef:
Salaah is not merely a series of physical actions; its true spirit lies in heartfelt presence, reverence for Allah Almighty, and deep humility. This narration highlights the spiritual depth of the Holy Prophet's worship, marked by a tender heart and a profound connection with Allah Almighty, serving as a perfect model for us to follow. It teaches us that the most meaningful Salaah is one performed with sincerity, humility, and heartfelt supplication. We should therefore strive to make our Salaah like those of the Holy Prophet, not limited to outward rituals, but filled with inner focus, fear of Allah Almighty, and true devotion. Such Salaah protects us from sin and draws us nearer to our Creator.

The Beloved Prophet ﷺ And His Love For Salaah

The Beloved Prophet ﷺ And His Love For Salaah

Our Beloved Prophet ﷺ had a deep and abiding love for Salaah. He described it as "the coolness of my eyes."
(Mu'jam-e-Kabeer)

Whenever the time for Salaah approached, He ﷺ would say to Hazrat Bilal RadiAllahu Anhu: "O Bilal, arise and bring us comfort through Salaah." (Abu Dawood Shareef)

A Call to Reflect and Act

These sacred words teach us that a true believer should not view Salaah as a burden or an obligation to be endured, but rather as a source of inner peace, a means of salvation, and a pathway to nearness with Allah Almighty. A Muslim should make Salaah the very center of their life. Upon hearing the Adhaan, one should set aside worldly engagements and turn wholeheartedly toward Salaah, seeking in it both tranquility and divine connection.

Are Your Good Deeds Actually Counting

Words Of Wisdom From The Companions

Every good deed should be done solely for the sake of Allah Almighty. If performed to please others or gain worldly benefit, it becomes Riya (showing off) and is rejected by Allah Almighty. The reward is then left to the one for whom it was done, resulting in neither worldly benefit nor reward in the Hereafter.

Therefore, Hazrat Abul-Aaliyah Alaihir Rahmah said:

Translation: Some of the noble Companions of the Messenger of Allah once visited me and offered this sincere advice:

O Abul-Aaliyah! Never perform any deed to seek the approval of anyone other than Allah Almighty. If you do, Allah Almighty will leave you to seek your reward from the one for whom you did that deed. And never place your trust in anyone besides Allah Almighty. If you do. Allah Almighty will leave you dependent on the one you relied upon." (Al-Ikhlaas Wan-Niyyah)

My Aala Hazrat says:

The 24 Bones of Sajdah

Urs-e-Noori Mubarak

Whether in acts of worship or matters of daily conduct, Huzoor Mufti-e-Azam RadiAllahu Anhu consistently modeled his life upon the noble example of the Holy Prophet and adhered to it as closely as possible. Maulvi Abdul Latif Saahib states:

"When I arrived in Bareilly Shareef to pursue Islamic education, I was once performing Salaah in Masjid-e-Raza when my gaze fell upon Hazrat Mufti-e-Azam RadiAllahu Anhu. I noticed that he was attentively observing the manner in which I was offering my Salaah.

Once I completed the Salaah, he called me closer and asked, "Which parts of the body must touch the ground during Sajdah (prostration)?" I remained silent. He then gently explained. Twenty-four bones should touch the ground during Sajdah: the ten toes of both feet, the ten fingers of both hands, the two knees, the bone of the nose, and the forehead. Moreover, the fingers of both hands should remain joined together, straight, and aligned towards the Qiblah, they should not be bent or crooked."

Maulvi Saahib further stated. From that day onward, I began to pay particular attention to these bodily points during sajdah, ensuring that the pads of all ten toes remain firmly pressed against the ground."

It is worth noting that the jurists (fuqaha), in authoritative texts such as Fataawa Razviyyah Shareef and Bahaar-e-Shariat, have explicitly stated: placing the pad of at least one toe on the ground is Fard (obligatory); placing the pads of three toes of each foot is Waajib (compulsory); and placing all ten toes is Sunnah."

Translation: Glad tidings to the one who worships and supplicates to Allah Almighty sincerely; whose heart is not distracted by what his eyes see; whose remembrance of Allah is not forgotten due to what his ears hear; and whose soul is not grieved by the blessings bestowed upon others.

Translation: Acceptance is always linked to sincerity. The two are inseparable.

Be More Concerned About The Acceptance Of Deeds Than The Deeds Themselves

The Lion of Allah, Hazrat Ali RadiAllahu Anhu said:

كُونُوا لِقَبُولِ العَمَلِ أَشَدَّ هَمَّا مِنْكُمْ بِالعَمَلِ : أَلَمْ تَسْمَعُوا اللَّهَ يَقُولُ: إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ

Translation: Be more concerned about the acceptance of your deeds than the deeds themselves. Have you not heard the Sublime Words of Allah Almighty:

"Allah Almighty only accepts from the one who fears Him." (Surah Al Maa'idah 5:27) (Al-Ilkhlaas Wan-Niyyah)

What Is A Righteous Deed?

Hazrat Ata bin Saaib Alaihir Rahma narrates that the Lion of Allah, Hazrat Ali RadiAllahu Anhu, said:

الْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ الَّذِي لَا تُرِيدُ أَنْ يَحْمَدَكَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا اللَّهَ

Translation: "A righteous deed is that for which you desire no praise from anyone except Allah Almighty."

An Accepted Deed Is Never Small

Hazrat Abd-e-Khair Alaihir Rahma narrates that Hazrat Ali RadiAllahu Anhu stated:

Translation: "No deed done with piety is ever small, and how can that which is accepted be small?" (Al-Ikhlaas Wan-Niyyah)

Important lesson:

A righteous deed is one performed purely for the sake of Allah's pleasure, not for worldly praise or people's approval. The acceptance of a deed depends not on its quantity but on the sincerity and piety behind it. Even if the deed is small, if it is accepted by Allah Almighty, it attains a high and honored status.

Reflect Upon The Miracle Of The Well

When the Beloved Nabi ﷺ placed his sacred saliva into the well at the home of Hazrat Anas Radi Allahu Anhu its water became the sweetest in all of Madinah Shareef. Pause and reflect for a moment; if such was the sweetness of the blessed saliva of the Beloved Rasool ﷺ, then what can be said of the sweetness of the blessed words that flowed from His blessed ﷺ fragrant mouth?

Five Qualities That Complete A Deed

Hazrat Abu Abdullah Nibaajee Alaihir Rahma said:

Translation: There are five essential qualities by which an action attains completeness:

(1) Faith accompanied by the recognition of Allah Almighty,

(2) recognition of the truth,

(3) sincerity in one's actions solely for the sake of Allah Almighty,

(4) adherence to the Sunnah, and

(5) consumption of lawful (Halaal) sustenance.

If any one of these is absent, the deed is not accepted. This is because if you recognize Allah Almighty but do not recognize the truth, it will not benefit you. If you recognize the truth but not Allah Almighty, that too will not benefit you. If you know both Allah Almighty and the truth, but your action lacks sincerity, it will still not benefit you. If you have sincerity along with the recognition of Allah Almighty and the truth, but your action is not in accordance with the Sunnah, it will not be accepted. And even if all four are present, yet your sustenance is not Halaal, your deeds will still not be accepted."

The Sacred Fragrance That Surpasses Musk and Amber

Shaykh Muhaq'qiq Says:

Hazrat Shubaili Radi Allahu Anhu who is from amongst those Ulama who have been blessed with deep spiritual insight says that, the Sacred dust of Madina Munawwarah has a unique fragrance, which is absolutely not found in Musk and Amber. He further says that the presence of such a unique fragrance in Madina, is from amongst the wonders and miracles (of the universe).

Importance of Sincerety - Ikhlaas

It is narrated by Hazrat Thawban RadiAllahu Anhu, the freed slave of the Holy Prophet, he states:

شَهِدتُ فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمًا مَجْلِسًا ، فَقَالَ: طُوبَى لِلْمُخْلِصِينَ، أُولَئِكَ مَصَابِيحُ الْهُدَى، تَنْجَلِي عَنْهُمْ كُلُّ فِتْنَةٍ ظَلْمَاءَ

Translation: I was once present in a gathering with the Messenger of Allah when He said: Glad tidings be to the sincere ones! They are the lamps of guidance. Every dark tribulation is dispelled from them (i.e. it has no effect on them). (Allkhlaas Wanniyyah)

Alhamdulillah! This Hadith Shareef highlights the immense importance of sincerity (Ikhlaas). The Messenger of Allah extols the virtues of the Mukhliseen, those who carry out their deeds purely for the sake of Allah Almighty, without any desire for show, reputation, or worldly gain.

Key Lessons:

(1) Without sincerity, acts of worship, religious service, and good deeds lose their true worth and spiritual weight.

(2) A sincere person, by the grace and mercy of Allah Almighty, remains protected from trials, misguidance, and dark tribulations.

(3) Such a person becomes a radiant source of guidance and inspiration for others.

The Message of Ashura

Remember! Karbala is not just a historical event. It is a timeless lesson in faith, sacrifice, patience, dedication to truth, and rejection of falsehood.

The message of Ashura calls us to: Stand firm for truth, sacrifice for the sake of religion, embrace patience in trials, and raise the reform of the Ummah. Ashura speaks to our inner self and reminds us: A true believer does not compromise with falsehood, he rises to resist it.

May Allah Almighty grant us the courage to walk in the footsteps of Hazrat Imam Husain RadiAllahu Anhu and to serve the cause of Islam with sincerity and strength. Aameen

From Karbala to Palestine

Sayyiduna Ali Asghar Radi Allahu Anhu was but an innocent infant in the blessed arms of his noble father, Sayyiduna Imam Husain Radi Allahu Anhu, when a tyrant, in an act of merciless cruelty, fired an arrow that pierced his tender throat. Today, the infants of Palestine are being slain in the arms of their mothers. Though the battles differ in time and context, the heartless depravity and brutality of the tyrants remain tragically the same.

How To Honor The Martyrs of Karbala

My Aala Hazrat says:

Narrating and reflecting upon the virtues, merits, lofty ranks, and esteemed stations of the noble personalities, namely the Shuhada e Karbala (The Martyrs of Karbala Radi Allahu Anhum) based on authentic and reliable sources, is undoubtedly a source of pure reward and blessings. Included in this are the accounts of their honourable martyrdom (Zikr e Shahaadat e Shareef), provided the purpose is to draw attention to their excellence and to draw lessons from their unwavering patience and steadfastness. However, the pure Shari'ah does not permit deliberately remaining in a state of grief or mourning. Likewise, gatherings centred around lamentation or expressions that imply any form of disrespect or dishonour towards them are not allowed.

Forces of Evil vs Defenders of Truth

#QuoteOfTheDay

The Battle of Karbala was not merely a confrontation between the army of Yazeed and Imam Husain Shaheed e Karbala Radi Allahu Anhu. In fact, it was a struggle between the forces of evil and the defenders of truth.

Yazeed sought to spread the darkness of tyranny and corruption, while Imam Husain Radi Allahu Anhu stood firm to illuminate the world with the light of truth and righteousness.

What should Muslims do during the first ten days of Muharram?

Question: What should Muslims do during the first ten days of Muharram?

The Answer: During the blessed first ten days of Muharram, Muslims are encouraged to increase their acts of charity, kindness, and good deeds. One of the most virtuous practices is to observe fasting, especially on the Day of Ashurah (the 10th of Muharram).

According to an authentic Hadith Shareef, fasting on this day carries the reward of an entire year's fasting and serves as expiation for the sins of the previous year. It is even more virtuous to fast on both the 9th and 10th of Muharram, following the Sunnah.

And Allah Almighty Knows Best

More Radiant Than The Moon

Shaykh Muhaq'qiq Says:

It is reported from Hazrat Jaabir Ibn Samurah Radi Allāhu `Anhu that he says, I saw Huzoor e Akram ﷺ once on a moonlit night, adorned in a red (striped) set of clothes. I would sometimes look towards the moon and I would sometimes look towards The Beloved Nabi ﷺ,to see who was glowing more, and I exclaimed, By Allah! According To Me, He ﷺ Was More Radiant Than The Moon.
