Hazrat Shaikh Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Abul-Fath Harawi Alaihir Rahma reports:
Translation: I had the honour of serving my master, Hazrat Shaikh
Muhyuddeen Abdul Qadir Jilani RadiAllahu Anhu, for forty years. Throughout this entire period, he would consistently offer the Fajr Salaah with the same ablution performed for Isha Salaah. It was his constant habit that whenever his state of wudu was invalidated, he would immediately renew it and offer two units of voluntary Salaah.

It is also transmitted that Sayyiduna Ghaus-e-A'zam RadiAllahu Anhu used to perform one thousand units of Nafl Salaah daily.

A Practical Message:
The daily practices of Sayyiduna Ghaus-e-A'zam RadiAllahu Anhu teach us to be regular in our Salaah, make Tahajjud a habit, and stay in a state of wudu as much as possible. Most importantly, they remind us that worship should not be limited to special days, it should be part of our everyday life, done with consistency, sincerity, and love.
